There are four Standing Committees in Candlewood Trails, as prescribed by the Bylaws. The President may appoint other committees as necessary; all committee members are volunteers.

- Annual Water Report
CTA is required to provide its members with the annual Consumer Confidence Report, explaining the quality of our water. Here is the link to the report: 2022 Report. - The State Department of Public Health monitors all water system compliance requirements and all water system customers need to be informed of any issues. In the 1st quater of 2022 CTA incurred a "Monitoring and Reporting Violation" due to a change-over of water testing companies. There was no problem with our water quality; however, there were missing tests and reports. CTA is required to inform its members of the violation and the solution which was to contract with York Labs in Newtown CT as our new testing company.

- CTA 2023 Annual Meeting - August 26th, 9am
The Candlewood Trails Association 2023 Annual Meeting was held at 9:00am on August 26, 2023 at the Clubhouse. This meeting included the elections of officers and directors, required committee members and the approval of the annual budget. A Notice of Meeting was mailed and emailed to all members. - CTA 2023 Regular Meeting - June 17th, 9am
